I have been passionate about image making for many years now and have been teaching photography to degree students since 2000. My interest started out with pure photography and I was accepted into the Royal Photographic Society in 2010. My landscape photography has a Celtic flavour as most of the images were taken in Scotland, Ireland and Wales. These areas provide constantly beautiful scenery in all seasons and even weather conditions!

Since moving to Portishead near Bristol in the south west of England, my interests have grown to include digital painting.  I am currently experimenting with both mediums, discovering exciting ways of blending both digital painting and photography, an art form known as paintography.
